WHY do you do this? What is the bloody point?
As someone who uses a ton of SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) which means, crap that runs in the browser, to be succinct, I get a lot of upgrade offers, change-your-plan stuff and the like.
I also look at other software, competitors, and all that. Always looking for the most bang for the buck, right?
Why is it that today, any new announcement, pronouncement, upgrade, change, requires that to find out WHAT this new "thang" is, you have to engage in some online conference with the sales person selling it? Why, when I ask questions, am I constantly, constantly directed to "here's my calendar link for..."?
What is the bleeping problem? TELL ME WHAT THIS S**T DOES and stop wasting my, and more importantly, YOUR GODD*MN TIME.
Unbelievable. If you can't tell me what something does, why the hell would I want it? Why would I invest 30 minutes dealing with you?
The cavalier attitude of people, about this crap, slays me. If I have something I'm selling, you better believe I believe in it; I can explain it; I've tried to explain it on the site and yes, I'll bloody explain it again, in an email or handouts or crayon pics, if needs must. I won't expect you to drop everything and sign up to meet me, as if I am the Grand Poobah of Whatever-the-hell with Something Rampant on my flag.
