There should be two zip files inside the .zip file you downloaded. Extract them without unzipping them and then install them using calibre's Preferences => Plug-ins => Load plug-in from file.

I suspect I'm getting too close to if not over the line so this is the end of the discussion for me. Any further help, ask in the discussion segment of the github page.
