The Adrawpen for MS Surface works identically to the Kobo pen I got with the Elipsa. I have the Sage & Elipsa.
Very cheap, about 1/2 the price of Kobo pen originally, but gone unavailable on Amazon UK today. The Kobo pen has come down in price a lot.
Note that rechargable makes no sense because the non-replaceable battery will die in a few years and that might be only $3 worth of AAAA cells.

I worked as an Electronic Design engineer. Things to never put rechargeable batteries in, or buy rechargeable versions of:
Smoke Alarms
CO2 Alarms
DMM/DVM/Multimeters and similar using 9V or 2 x 1.5V
Pocket LCD calculators (45 years ago VFD & LED ones needed rechargeable cells).
Anything that works more than 3 months (Kobo Pen estimated 6 months).
Keyfobs
Button end of Wireless doorbell.
Electret Microphones (not true Capacitor / condenser types which use phantom power anyway).
