I would also consider the Pocketbook Inkpad Lite model or reMarkable 2, which meets your requirements and costs approximately ~ $240 (from Amazon) & $279 for rEmarkable 2

A minor negative point is perhaps only the lower resolution (Inkpad Lite).
Otherwise, I think it is a very correct device for the price.

PS: It also depends on whether you need to use a pen.
