You could try parking the car in the opposite position you normally park it. If you normally park head first, try backing it in. Cats are sometimes suspicious of change and this may be enough of a deterrent.
Another idea is to spay the front window with a good deal of Windex or some other glass cleaner when you park it for the night. The scent might be enough to convince the cat to seek a high position somewhere else. Then, just run the wipers the next time you're ready to go out.
Try to entice the cat to go somewhere else. Throw catnip in places away from your car.
I don't know if any of these will work, but they might be worth a try.
