Hi!

Just the other day, I needed to export my main Calibre Viewer settings to a portable install. Then I found that transferring the file viewer-webengine.json from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\calibre to Calibre Portable\Calibre Settings was sufficient.

Annotations are stored in the viewer config subfolder, if you need to restore that as well.

(this, assuming you're on Windows)
