No, the correct place for setting the files to be searched is in the Saved Search dialog itself. In the saved search dialog there is now an extra column (you may have to grow your window to see the Controls column). There you set the control codes for type of search, target set of files, etc.
There is no need to set the files selected in BookBrowser. The saved search itself now handles that (just like the pulldown menu in normal search).
