BTW: I finished Four Octobers by Rick Hautala. I was disappointed, but will gladly suppose the stories were too sophisticated for my simple mind. Here's the review I wrote up.

I will say regardless of my opinion on the stories, I really enjoyed Rick's writing. I've previously read Winter Wake and Night Stone and remember feeling they were 'meh'. Now I'm wondering if I missed something.

I do have several other books by Rick. One of my very first ebook purchases was Untcigahunk: The Complete Little Brothers and I have others.
