OK, my bad, mysteriously it was CET+1, European Summer Time that was proposed. But it's dead. Not happening in foreseeable future and unless all EU, plus Norway, Switzerland and UK etc does it, it's pointless. CET would have suited France, Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal far better than CET+1 (Aka DST/Summer time).
