Well, I think it's supposed to be the option behind the big, yellowish "Support Calibre" button. But, upon clicking it, it says "PayPal Unavailable" and doesn't give me other options (maybe my privacy settings are messing something up). But, I figured a recurring donation through one of those services might be better. I just don't know anything about them.

Patreon seems to have political issues and I'd never heard of the other two (yes, I've heard of Github, but not their Sponsor program). But, ignoring all the non-financial stuff with the services, I wonder which one passes the most money along to donee. Right now, I'm leaning towards Github since I already have an account there. But, I just don't know how much of any donations any of those services keep to handle their expenses.
