I've converted an English-Romanian mobi-dictionary the other week. The script and results are in this thread. You can convert it yourself to Stardict with the script or give me a few days and I will convert it to Startdict and xdxf-format, too.

EDIT: They're uploaded and the Stardict dictionary is tagged Koreader optimized and can be found under ENG-RUM here.
