Hey sideloading mangas is not possible, and also not planned at the moment, sorry.
WiFi handling can still be quite janky for some reason sometimes. You will probably have the best experience if you just connect to the WiFi in stock firmware and start UMR afterwards.
No idea why the icon would say it's disabled for you if its working anyway
