I am back form my exile and brought a new major release.

Fixed Mangadex
Added a new manga source: ReadManga (www.readm.org)
Removed Mangahub
Fixed a bug where updated favorites kept getting pushed to the top of the list

Added a experimental touchscreen handler, to hopefully add support for newer devices.
This also includes the fix from @mlaw. Additional code is taken form @NiLuJe's FBInk touch tool.

You can enable it by editing the file ultimatemangareader.sh, adding ":experimentaltouchhandler" to the end of QT_QPA_PLATFORM=... for example:
