For the past few days it's been in the 40s overnight and in the morning; during the day in the 50s (sunny). We have gotten some heat in the morning and it goes off after the outside temp has reached 50 or 51. That is not how it is supposed to be. Below 55 the heat should be on (by law here). We had no heat this evening. They don't have to give us heat after 10 unless it is at freezing or below.
I had my windows open whenever the temp outside was at least 70 and that happened more in September. I can't remember when I last used the AC -- maybe the first week in September.
