Losing Metadata Summary info. Conflict between two sources?

Recently I was downloading metadata for a bunch of books that did not have data.

Sometimes, books I thought should include Summaries, were shown as "no summary available" on the choose metadata screen.

I noticed a pattern:
IF the source was only Amazon, Summary was included.

IF the source was GoodReads & Amazon No summary was included.

Checking it looked like GoodReads did NOT have a summary, and although Amazon did, the Amazon summary was blocked.

If both had a summary, Goodreads was preferred. (Amazon usually had slightly better formatting)

Removing Goodreads as a source, sometimes allowed Summaries to come through, but frequently returned no matching books found. (could no longer find the book on Amazon.)

EDIT: In further testing if it finds multiple sources for the same book, the first source is what is used. (ie if a book matches on Fantastic Fiction, GoodReads, and Amazon.) It will use Fantastic Fiction's summary.

Removing Fantastic fiction as a source it will return GoodReads and Amazon with No Summary.

Searching with Only Amazon frequently No matches were found. But if it did, it included a summary.

Here is an example.

"Wake Him Up" by Michael Anderle (Series "One U.G.L.Y. Marine" book 1)

Using Metadata source:
FF, GR, and Amazon All three match and returns FFs summary.
GR and Amazon both match and returns no summary (GR has no summary)
Amazon wrong book found.

Why is it not finding the book in Amazon Only searches?
Can I change the order of the meta searches sources?
Can it Not block summary info of later sources if the first one has none?
