Not a serious bug, a trivial bug that is nonetheless likely to generate lots of bug report spam for me
I don't feel its fair to spam the millions of calibre users with update notifications for updates I publish to make my own life easier.
Any actually serious bug that would threaten user data or core functionality (as opposed to preventing one action in the sub menu of one button working as in the latest case) would get a proper release, with notifications.
