I just bought the Libra 2 and started to load my books, being pleased to have the same 32 Gb capacity as the Sage and Elipsa, which facilitates moving from one to the other, though there are of course books which I reserve to bigger size.
I was prepared to suffer the usual shenanigans but the first 3000 + books were fairly painless, though some books with a huge number of html files stuck (for instance the complete works of Molière or a 700 pages long Spanish grammar). But the most recent versions of Calibre (I am on 6.7.1) seem to be much more picky than those extant a year ago when I bought the Sage. Today, I transformed my 32b portable Calibre into a 64b version, but it doesn't improve. Calibre closes down all the time. Also apart to very long error messages about books which presented no problem with Sage or Elipsa, I have a lot of timeouts.

I remember seeing a long discussion recently about increasing timeout, but searching threads didn't produce anything recent. Does anybody remember where I can find it? I'm getting desperate.
