Why does Apple and Microsoft have to continually change things.

Windows 11: the something-plugged-in" noise has changed. Now I have to increase the volume to hear it, which makes the volume to loud for everything else.

IOS: the Siri initiated sound has changed. Now it is too soft, and I can't here it in the car.
