Retailers have ruined Black Friday 
Welcome to Black October
Last year (02 Dec),
conan50 predicted BF would begin 01 Oct and it began last Monday when Target started their Black Friday sales and last Tuesday when Amazon started their sales. I'd say he nailed it.
Starting this month, some of the stores have already extended their return dates to sometime in Jan 2023 and guarantee price matching throughout the holiday season. That should remove any qualms about purchasing early only to find a lower price later on. This does NOT apply to all stores.
