Yes, sorry if my post gave that impression. It
was true until the last year or so, when US publishers finally decided to release a new edition.
I probably will not buy Volume 3, but I'm tempted to grab Volume 2 if it goes on sale (even though I already have all the stories) because we get that classic Stormbringer cover. The UK edition for some reason decided to minimize all the art to a tiny thumbnail on the cover.
