It was still recommended in the USA back in March, when I was scheduling a breast MRI. I chose to move the MRI later by a few days, so I could get the second Covid booster the day after it was released (April 2). But the MRI people told me they wanted a 3 month delay. (They didn't ask me about the booster when I went for the MRI, however!)
