so for those who are either afraid the wedge would damage the screen or dont like another layer of plastic over the texts , clip-on lights could be an alternative. I just did a search on ebay and found these sellers from hong kong who sell book lights for 3 bucks, with shipping included to almost everywhere in the world. I just ordered a normal clip-on light, and another so-called "robotic" book light for a total of 6 bucks. even if they dont work too well, its worth a try
