The libra is slower, buttons seem more stuck and less smooth compared to the oasis, and word search sucks in kobos. Much better at library management though and epub and a lot more open and all that. But the oasis even older, is just faster - maybe that is why battery performance is so underwhelming, word search in all books is a wonder, search is much more useful. And the libra 2 battery performance might be better, and it is hard to compare, depends so much on brightness, but it is not many times better. But your mileage may vary.
