Nope, aarch32 on both.
The Sage/Elipsa run on an AllWinner B300 (4x Cortex A7 @ 1.8GHz)
The rest of the Mk7+ (possibly 6+, can never remember) devices run on an NXP i.MX 6SL(L) SoC (1x Cortex A9 @ 1GHz).
I'm not around the Sage right now, but I would guess the foxit stuff is an oversight, or just what it was *built* on (as opposed to what it was built *for*)
