That was a bit of fun to calculate. Counting only Saturday and Sunday, you will spend ~28.6% of your life in weekends. There is a bit of iffiness though which is the number of long weekends in a year. Using the current statutory holidays observed in my area, the number amounted to ~31.7% of your life averaged over a 28 year period allowing for all the year/leap year combinations.
