Thank you for your plugin. It works really well for me.

I have some question though: Now I have a manual column of page number, but when I convert a book, I have to go to KFX Output setting to check the "Create approximate page numbers" and specify it to #pages every single time.

Is there any tweak that I can use to make it the default setting?
