Thanks a lot for your answer and for correcting the above content list!

Below is a screenshot of the 5th story (by Theodore Dreiser) where the author's name does not appear next to the title, as opposed to all other entries.
BTW, the same thing happens with the PocketBook App that I was using before.

Who knows, it's maybe the inverted commas that lead to that effect?
But, never mind, that's a minimal glitch and I just thought I would mention it in case it was reproducible for everybody and easy to correct.

Thanks again, I love the series, and your argument relating to the cumulative index makes perfectly sense. Looking forward to celebrate #100.
