I have a Kobo Glo N613 that crashed, then i reset with a paper clip, it restored and then when i went to update again it garbled the screen and never started again. Now it goes Blue/Green/Blue/Flashing green forever more. Between the first green and second blue the screen blanks and goes white.

Extracted the internal SD card, cloned it and wrote it back to an 8GB SD that i know is good. same thing when inserted.

Please share original factory image file.
