I have versions such as (v 23) suffixed to title as I proof & edit.
I'd only otherwise be concerned about editions if very different, such as original and "author's" version of Magician, though I only have the later version on ebook and have both on paper.
I've a detective omnibus where I put the year in the title as the later one has not the same collection of titles, though the paper versions have the same name.
There are also original and revised versions of Nancy Drew (Simply revised in brackets appended to title). Separate columns didn't seem to be the answer because really it's not the same as a mere printing (technically an edition) that's a different date but unchanged or silent minor corrections (typos etc).
