I'm not sure TTS has increased my purchases so much, because I am also an Audible member. I have a lot of audiobooks on my ipod/kindle and I'd rather hear Matt Damon read "A people's history of the united states" rather than the robot voice.

The Kindle has, however increased my general ebook purchases by about 300%. So many books to read now.
