Since i work looking at a computer screen all day i was wondering if purchasing a Dasung- Not-eReader 103 is worth it?

I plan on using the ereader for:

-surfing the web

-using Google Play apps like reddit especially

-watching Youtube videos

4)downloading and viewing PDF

I was planning on getting a Dasung- Not-eReader 103 but its pricey and was wondering if there was something cheaper and better at running Google Play and surfing the web?
