Hi! I'm outputting a how-to book that has a bunch of images (over 200), and I've been using calibre to work on the epub version.

I've noticed that at some point (not sure when) calibre has started outputting invalid/damaged/corrupt epub files. This is verified whenever I go to load up my epub on a device with some ereader software.

Sometimes I can load the file up in sigil and fix it, but I'm not sure what fixes are being auto-applied.

Sometimes the calibre files that are outputted are fine. I'm very confused and frustrated by what's going on.

Is there anyone else that has experienced this or knows where I might start to troubleshoot?
