It’s not hype. The iPhone punches way above its market share weight and always has. With 80% market share globally, Android should have made the iPhone a distant memory a decade ago.

Apple puts in a “opt in” for tracking and facebooks profits take a huge hit. Why? Why isn’t the iPhone a mere 20% of fb revenue? Because iPhone customers spend the most money - they are the audience advertisers are paying to reach.
