I've now had success with True-type flavored OTF fonts, and straight true-type fonts. I think I may also have had success with Postscript flavored OTF fonts (not sure at the moment, because the reader is downstairs & I'm upstairs and too lazy to go get it). I haven't tried straight Postscript fonts yet.
