To the contrary, I love mine. Yes, the text gets a bit blurry on one side, but the advantage of being able to read in the dark makes that a minuscule issue. Besides, I haven't found anything else that works better (e.g., clip on lights, etc). Every solution has its flaws when it comes to a light source for the SONY reader; so, pick your poison
