Thanks for the friendly greeting.....
I wanted to update my rant...Through this site I was able to connect with a Diesel ebook representative (Scott) who fixed the problem within a matter of minutes.....However, I wished that I would have been able to connect with him through the customer service listed on the Diesel site which I emailed several times with no response......instead of getting completely fed up and not wanting to use the site again....
Have a wonderful evening and I look forward to visiting the mobile read site again....
