I just received two free 30-day trial offers from Audible US and Audible UK. I'm fairly certain these were targeted offers from the way the banners were worded.
I saw the Aud US banner while browsing in Prime Reading and the Aud UK banner on its home page. The Aud US offer came with two free credits because I'm a Prime member.

Worked for me! First free credit deal I've gotten in a while. Didn't work for my wife, perhaps because she ended an annual membership fairly recently.
