I am hoping the wonderful people on this site will assist me with a problem I have experienced with diesel ebooks...This is my first time posting on this site and I look forward to learning all about the up and coming ebooks...As of now I have the Sony PRS 505...which I didn't think I would like as well as actual books and now I can't image life without my ebook...well on with the story..today was my first and last time attempting to purchase an ebook from diesel ebooks...I should have known not to use this site when I had to change the settings on my netbook to use this site...I have had no problems with sony ebook site nor books on board....well once I selected and paid for my book on the diesel site....I received the email with the link that I could download my ebook...I selected this link entered my user id and password and what message did I receive MY USER ID IS INACTIVE...well this was the same USER ID I used when I made the purchase....I have contacted via email diesel's customer service several times...and of course like many others on this site has stated with no follow up response...I will definitely follow up with my credit card company and further I will be contacting ecommerce...
I would greatly appreciate if anyone on this site can provide me with contact information for this company...
