I am shocked to hear of this. I have only ever interacted with David electronically over many years, but I will miss him. He has contributed greatly to calibre, maintaining the Kobo drivers and many plugins as well helping numerous people in these forums. Whenever I interacted with him, I found him to be knowledgeable and helpful and patient, an example to us all.
