This is such a terrible shock. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.
I hope he knew how much we in the Kobo community valued his huge contribution to making our reading lives better.
Although we never met we shared several PM exchanges over the years - often with him kindly and patiently trying to explain something I was failing to grasp. I'll miss him a lot.
