One question about Sigil 1.9.20

Under Arch Linux, I compile my own version of Sigil. But now, by reading the Sigil page on Arch, under the dependies of the package, I saw the following:

Code:
hyphen-en (optional) - for English hyphenation support in plugins
What that means? Can Sigil plugins supports hyphenation? If so, how must I compile Sigil in order that, for example, Readium, Bibi and EpubJS plugins can show hyphens? I have installed in my Arch the hyphen-en and hyphen-es packages.
