Please don't kill me - Calibre Icon position

Is there a way to install Calibre updates with Calibre respecting my Icon positions?

I just installed the latest update and the desktop icon inserted itself right below "This PC" (the very first icon on the top left), and three rows of icons got shifted - I have a lot of icons grouped by function and I always have to rearrange everything when I install an update, sometimes it's out of position and "next in line", meaning it inserts itself right after all the random shortcuts I save, and sometimes it shifts everything over so it can be on top.

It is a small pain, but a pain nevertheless.

Some info: I'm running Windows 11, this always happens with Calibre and I've only had this happen once before, and frankly it was so long ago that I forget what program did it.

Thanks for letting me live.
