Finally gave it a new try: I deleted all books from PB, installed KOreader and added books again via calibre (with the Pocketbook improved plugin).
Now starting books is fast as told by cellaris. - Found the corresponding extensions.cfg too. Thanks a lot!

So now i have some (hopefully) last questions: I saw that koreader will import books directly via the wifi. I tried that but dont have any clue on how this works! I enabled wifi, started via upper menu "calibre - connect", in calibre i see the column "on device". koreader then asked me to set the home-folder (here the first problem begun: It was inside the folder of the actually reading book, no way to step up to the /Books - folder where i want the books to get stored. Finally i could escape that window by closing koreader and somehow i later could set the home-folder to /Books (but i am not sure).)
So the "on device" column is not showing any of my books (stays empty), koreader again is hanging. So i shut down wifi via settings after a long time to get koreader responding again. What a hell!
Sadly there is (again) no help nor any howto to get that task done.

So how does this work correctly?
In the settings of calibre the export of books is the same in PB-plugin and the SmartDevice-plugin.
Settings done like in the wiki shown.
Do i have to enter anything to "Metadata-field" (I dont understand the aba, abs thing. Do i have to enter say series-info to get my books sorted by series? What is the right way to do that?
Do i have to enter epub, pdf and djvu in the last field inside the plugin?

I have seen that the PB-reader (explorer-3.db) doesnt store series numbers correctly: Numbers like 2.5 are stored in PB as 2, so when a serie has 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.1, 3.2, 4: I get in PB 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4 - Really bad thing, the db is capable of storing the right numbers...
