I have two choices, I feel, before and until I am forced to do a complete uninstall:

1) I have an older backup of my current hard drive on another drive. If I can access the Sony Store with the backup, then the problem is definitely has something to do on my current drive.

2) I can delete ONLY those four folders and then copy/paste from my backup drive to the current drive.
