I kinda suspect I had a mildly symptomatic infection circa March 2020 and 2 (worse) symptomatic breakthrough infections this year despite 2 shots and a booster.

EDIT: March 2020 was general exhaustion and soreness, the two potential breakthrough infections were congestion, a sore throat and a cough that seemed to be potentially consistent to being related to post-nasal drip.
