hi all
its my first message in the Group.
My wife received from her father a reader Kobo N613 that her old father ,92,had.
he cannot read anymore,
so last night she tried the update her reader and after it restart,,,the screen is empty except for a line that is in the center of the screen,,,like if it is not the right software ( i have seen this on other electronic things)

so i need the firmware that was OEM ,we know before it was written 2012 .
i have open the reader and found the sdcard .

i tried the hard reset hole ,,no change at all.

i know how to copy an image on the sdcard i have,
anyone have a copy of this image please,
can you help us?
