You mean I have to edit other files than kll.en.en.klld file?
-> It worked. Even after I edited klld file in Kindle, it seems like it didn't have effect. But after I changed difficulty level several times, the definitions of my editing came up.

Thank you xxyzz.

The enable/disable state is only used for the plugin, there is no such state in the klld file. Some words have many definitions, only enabled ones will be used as the default definition. Except the enabled state in the plugin dialog, you can also check other definitions in the Word Wise pop up window.
In klld file, there is no enable/disable state, then, from where WordDumb get the other definitions? I thought WordDumb plugin gets the information from kll.en.en.klld file, but there is just one definitions per word in this klld file. So, WordDumb gets many other definitions from other file than kindle's kll.en.en.klld file?
