OK, I found it, rather well hidden and a bit of an ordeal to do on a regular basis, but thanks.
But does it essentially do the same thing as when using "change metadata", which I thoroughly do for all my ebooks before converting them to Mobi (basically retaining correct author's name in correct order, correct title correctly capitalized, and language, and nothing else - see enclosed pic -), or does it go "deeper" and change things "more thoroughly" ? I ask because I noticed that when I send the EPub file to someone by mail after changing its metadata, its original name remains unchanged.
