But once I open "Edit EPub" in Calibre and I get the page shown in the attached screen capture, where do I go?... Nothing in the scrolling menus says I can change the author or title, all I can do apparently is edit the text of the ebook (something I've done occasionally to repair irritating spelling mistakes for instance).
