So the question is why it will not start from running the .exe as normal? It will be a pain having to reload the program every time I want to run Calibre.
I am guessing it is something simple on my PC.
If you installed the portable version for Windows you need to run ??\Calibre Portable\calibre-portable.exe, not ??\Calibre Portable\Calibre\calibre.exe
